On Wednesday 30th October Redcliffe Community Association held a Volunteer Lunch to thank all our hard working volunteers. The lunch was held at the Bramble Bay Bowls Club where 40 volunteers attended. View images of the event here.

RCA Annual General Meeting 2008 PDF Print E-mail
The Annual General Meeting of members of Redcliffe Community Assocation has been called for Tuesday November 4 2008. This meeting will be held at the Redcliffe Cultral Cantre in the Onoda Room located on Downs St, Redcliffe at 6.30pm. All members who are wishing to attend must RSVP. Indigenous Cultral Awareness Workshop PDF Print E-mail

Pasific Islander Cultral Awareness Workshop PDF Print E-mail

The Pacific Island Cultural Awareness Training is delivered to professionals across the Moreton Bay Region. Participants are given the opportunity to gain knowledge and education on Samoan culture. Community members seek guidance and support from South Sea Pacific Islander leaders for information on grief and loss, domestic and family violence and behavioural concerns with young people.

Couples & Anger Management Course PDF Print E-mail
This was a six week course conducted in August and September that focused on Domestic and Family Violence.  Open to couples for the first two weeks, then separated into male and female groups to focus on anger management techniques in a culturally appropriate and therapeutic setting.  Further courses will be coming up early in the New Year, dates will be advised in the near future.
